• Use a Story Board to start to develop your webpage.
   
   

  Page 1(Home Page) This is the first page of your immigration website.  It should introduce your site and excite the viewer. This page will possibly have a picture, colors and just enough information to engage the viewer.	Page 2 This page could possibly present the Historian's  part of your project in a motivating way.
  Page 3 This page could possibly present the Statistician's findings.	Page 4 This page could possibly have the Reporter's  part of the project. This section should close out your website.

   
•  Remember that the above is just a suggestion. You may choose to have fewer or more pages in your website.

• Once you have a good idea of how you want your site to look like, you can begin to create your pages using Netscape Composer.
